The hotel is conveniently located near Ueno Park and Ueno train station, making it a great base for exploring the area. the rooms are spacious and offer incredible views, with some guests even able to see Mt. Fuji in the morning. the staff is friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. the breakfast offers a variety of options, including both Western and Japanese styles.
Some guests have reported that the cleanliness of the bathrooms could be improved, with mold being found on the shower curtains.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel with amazing views of the Tokyo skyline. The room was comfortable and spacious, and the location was perfect for exploring Ueno and its attractions. This hotel ticks all the boxes for a great stay. the location is superb, with access to multiple train stations and a bustling tourist shopping district nearby. The view from the rooms is simply breathtaking, with fantastic views of the city skyline. Secondly, the rooms are new, clean, and well-maintained, providing ample space and basic amenities for a comfortable stay. Lastly, the staff are helpful and polite, always ready to assist with a smile. Plus, the breakfast spread is top-notch, offering a variety of options to start the day off right.

The best aspects of this hotel were its excellent location, close to both the station and shopping area. It was also conveniently near Ueno Park and the JR train station, making it easy to explore the city. The cleanliness was really good, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The location of this hotel was fantastic, with easy access to transportation and a bustling restaurant and shopping district nearby. We were able to explore the city and even take a nice walk to a nearby park. The check-in and check-out process was quick and efficient, just like our transport.
The room and bed were a bit small for our liking, and the breakfast could have been better. overall, we had a pleasant stay and everything else met our expectations.
