The hotel is conveniently located near Ueno Park and Ueno train station, making it a great base for exploring the area. the rooms are spacious and offer incredible views, with some guests even able to see Mt. Fuji in the morning. the staff is friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. the breakfast offers a variety of options, including both Western and Japanese styles.

Some guests have reported that the cleanliness of the bathrooms could be improved, with mold being found on the shower curtains.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel with amazing views of the Tokyo skyline. The room was comfortable and spacious, and the location was perfect for exploring Ueno and its attractions. The location of this hotel was fantastic, with easy access to transportation and a bustling restaurant and shopping district nearby. We were able to explore the city and even take a nice walk to a nearby park. the check-in and check-out process was quick and efficient, just like our transport.
